Site: 23 separate city lots, located between Burrard and Hornby streets, north of Drake Street, 225’ on Burrard and 350’ on Hornby. Site elevation and Burrard Bridge alignment make this the picture postcard view of the Burrard Street entrance to downtown.
Site Ownership: 23 city lots in total with 14 owned by Reliance Properties and nine owned by Jim Pattison Developments
Current use: Jim Pattison Toyota Downtown dealership with associated surface parking for 155 vehicles on Burrard and Hornby streets; two older houses on Hornby, two small commercial buildings on Burrard.
